How does BlueCruise with Towing work?

It won't make automatic lane changes while towing. It's a driver-assist feature, so your eyes need to stay on the road the whole time.
There's no extra charge for the towing mode, but you do need an active BlueCruise plan or trial. If you haul a boat toward the Bay Bridge or pull a camper out of state, check Ford's current Blue Zone map to see which parts of your route qualify.
Which F-150 engine is best for towing?
Ford says more than 75% of F-150 owners tow at least occasionally, so this is the question we hear most. For heavy towing, the 3.5L EcoBoost is still the top half-ton choice at 400 hp and 500 lb-ft.
